I received my uni-loc shaft quickly and was excited to use it, however I noticed that the joint insert was not installed 100% straight. I reached out to customer service and they took care of me, the replacement shaft was perfect.

I am amazed at the value which Bizu is to offer a high quality low deflection CARBON FIBER shaft for such a great price. Also, they support almost every known cue joint made. You will NOT get a better shaft for the money - maple or carbon. Try it out and maybe you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Excellent shaft; it fits my McDermott cue perfectly. Good tip.

This is an excellent carbon fiber pool cue shaft. It arrived in about a week, and it feels very solid when playing. It’s a great value for the price.

Awesome, awesome product! Can not be beat for the money. I own 3 and will be ordering another soon.
