I placed an order with this company three days ago. Shortly after placing the order, I received a complete copy of the order indicating that it was being processed. The order was shipped the next day after it was processed. All items they said they had in stock were in stock, unlike other billiard supply companies. I had a few questions and customer service was very quick to respond to emails. I would happily recommend this company.
