Returns

1. Return & Exchange Period

· Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive and sign for the goods.

· Failure to submit a return or exchange request within this period will be deemed a voluntary waiver of your right to return or exchange.

· If you’re unsure about the right tip size or model, contact us before ordering. We’ll help you choose the best fit.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are permitted only if the product has quality issues, provided that:

· The cue is unused and untested, with no scratches, dents, or wear on its surface.

· The original packaging, accessories, and tags are complete, with no loss or damage.

· The cue tip has not been replaced, shaped, modified, or intentionally damaged.

· The product is not customized, engraved, or specially made to order.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Returns and exchanges are not permitted if the product has no quality issues and falls into any of the following categories:

· Cues that have been used, tested, dented, dropped, or modified.

· Cues with tips that have been shaped, installed, or replaced.

· Customized, engraved, or bespoke colored products.

· Requests made beyond the 30-day return & exchange period.

· Returns due to incorrect selection of model, size, or cue tip specification by the customer.

· An incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.

· Items with damaged original packaging, missing accessories, or broken tags; non-defective items that have been opened, used, and cannot be resold.

· Wooden cues that have cracked or warped due to improper storage by the customer.

4. Handling Quality Issues

If your item arrives with quality issues (such as defects, faulty joints, etc.), please contact customer service via email with photos or video evidence to help us address the issue and authorize your return. We will process your request within 48 hours.

5. Handling Non-Quality Issues

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personal reasons, including mistaken orders.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. After completing the inspection, we will immediately inform you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that we strive to ship all orders by 1:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as payment processing issues or carrier delays on any given day.

Please note that international customers may be required to pay import fees upon delivery. Bizu Billiards is not responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Can I change my order after placing it?

(Changes are allowed before shipment, typically within 1–2 days of ordering.)

You may modify your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please email Tom@bizubilliards.com with your order number, or send your inquiry via the website’s live chat. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

Can I exchange an item instead of receiving a refund?

Yes, you may return the item in its original packaging, provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was sold. Bizu Billiards does not cover return shipping or packaging fees.
