How long is the shipping time? In-stock products, shipped within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.
What is the shipping time? Expect 8-15 working days, we offer worldwide shipping, it all depends on your address.
You can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the product has not been used.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. As we cannot sell second-hand goods, any returned damaged or used items may be returned to you.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund? Yes, as long as the original item is returned as sold and in its original packaging. Bizu Billiards is not responsible for postage and packaging costs.
