The Growth of BIZU

2018 | The Awakening of the Supply Chain

As a manufacturer of aerospace-grade carbon fiber raw materials, we define precision in micrometers. But after work, our founder is a billiards purist with 20 years of experience.
Wood is unpredictable. It warps with humidity, bends with temperature, and the resulting lateral deviation constantly takes a toll on your muscle memory.
Wood breathes with the weather; carbon fiber breathes with you. Why should your intent be compromised by an organic variable?
So we stopped searching for the perfect cue. Instead, we used our own production line to build one ourselves.

2020–2022 | Revolution

Generic brands can only make minor tweaks to off-the-shelf materials. As the original manufacturer, we control the core technology—we’ve completely redesigned the front section, starting from the synthesis of carbon fiber monofilaments, carbonization, and the resin matrix.
After hundreds of rounds of fine-tuning by our technical team, we’ve achieved a multi-axial carbon fiber layering process and injected aerospace-grade vibration-damping composite material into the interior of the front section’s cavity.
We’ve done more than just eliminate misalignment and deformation. We’ve created a neuron-like tactile interface that transforms the slightest tremors at your fingertips into pure, lossless, and flawless handling.

2022–2026 | Evolution

We remain laser-focused on the billiard table, obsessively refining every micrometer, reengineering the surface’s microscopic texture, and updating our minimalist aesthetic design—all to eliminate the final 0.01 millimeter of physical error.
We have successfully developed a carbon-fiber butt. Through a radical redesign of the butt, we have completely eliminated the energy loss associated with traditional wooden butts, achieving seamless and uniform kinetic energy transfer from the grip to the tip.
For us, carbon fiber is no longer just a cold technical label—it is the perfect medium for achieving “unity between player and cue.”
