Shipments from our warehouse in China are expected to take 5–15 days.

Shipments from our warehouse in the U.S. are expected to take 3–5 days.

You can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the product has not been used.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. As we cannot sell second-hand goods, any returned damaged or used items may be returned to you.
