You can apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, as long as the product has not been used.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. As we cannot sell second-hand goods, any returned damaged or used items may be returned to you.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
As long as the product has not been shipped, you can email Tom@bizubilliards.com. Please quote your order number in any correspondence. We strive to respond to any queries within 48 hours.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, as long as the original item is returned as sold and in its original packaging. Bizu Billiards is not responsible for postage and packaging costs.
